Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate cuts by checking dimensions against specifications.
• Maintain a consistent production schedule while upholding quality.
• Train and mentor new employees on proper cutting procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections of cutting equipment and tools.
• Report any issues with materials or equipment to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in leather cutting or tailoring is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in leather cutting or a related field

Technical Skills

• Leather handling
• Cutting tools operation
• CAD software

Languages
