Job Description

As a Set Up Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by efficiently setting up and operating machinery to ensure optimal performance. You will monitor production processes and collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate cutting and pressing machines for the production line.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions.
• Conduct regular machine inspections to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist in the development of improved setup techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill production requirements.
• Utilize machine control software and measurement tools effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a machining environment preferred

Technical Skills

• CAD Software

Certifications

• Certified Machine Operator

Languages

• English: Fluent
