Job Description

We are searching for a Certified Master Locksmith (CML) to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in locksmith services such as key cutting, lock installation, repair, and maintenance. As a locksmith, you will work closely with our clients to meet their security needs effectively and ensure their premises are safeguarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality locksmith services including key duplication and lock repairs.
• Work closely with clients to customize security solutions to fit their needs.
• Stay current on new lock systems and installation practices.
• Keep detailed logs of service calls and completed jobs.
• Mentor junior locksmiths in best practices and techniques.
• Actively participate in team meetings to improve customer service.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and operated safely.
• Provide after-hours emergency services as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Certified Master Locksmith (CML) certification

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a locksmith.
