Dumpling Machine Operator

Job Description

The Dumpling Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting dumpling machines to ensure efficient production. This role is critical in guaranteeing quality control and optimizing production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Conduct inspections on dumpling quality after production.
• Maintain cleanliness within the production area to avoid contamination.
• Notify the Production Manager regarding issues that may affect production schedules.
• Assist in the setup of production runs and ensure all materials are prepared.
• Engage with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Train new employees in the operation of dumpling machines.
• Keep an organized workspace to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in food production or manufacturing: Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
