Job Description

As an E-Commerce Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for curating personalized shopping experiences for our online customers. This role involves understanding customer preferences, suggesting products, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through their shopping journey, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Engage with customers by providing tailored product recommendations and styling advice.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to the shopping process.
  • Create and implement promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Develop relationships with returning customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in e-commerce and retail.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve inventory selection based on customer desires.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights gathered from customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion or a related field (preferred)
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, personal shopping, or customer service roles.
