Job Description
As a Forest and Conservation Worker, you will identify and remove unwanted seedlings in our fields and nurseries. This role is crucial for promoting efficient growth while ensuring compliance with sustainable practices.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the farming team to improve farm operations.
Document work and report results to the farm manager.
Engage in environmental conservation efforts as required.
Maintain knowledge of local flora for effective seedling identification.
Support seasonal projects and harvesting activities.
Requirements
Education
Not mandatory but a diploma in agriculture is a plus
Experience
Previous experience in conservation or horticulture is beneficial.
