Job Description

As a Grader and Sorter at Fresh Farms USA, you will be responsible for inspecting and categorizing agricultural products to ensure only the best quality reaches our customers. Your keen attention to detail will support our commitment to quality assurance and sustainability in agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Grade and sort fruits and vegetables according to company specifications.
• Ensure products are stored properly to prevent spoilage.
• Assist in training new team members on grading processes.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality control issues.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Engage in proactive problem-solving to enhance quality assurance.
• Follow all safety and quality regulations during the grading process.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferably 2+ years in agricultural or quality assurance roles

Technical Skills

• Quality Control Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Sorting Equipment: Knowledge of machinery used in grading and sorting processes.
