Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Router Operator with experience in operating CNC routers to create custom wood products. This role involves monitoring machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers to create custom wood products in compliance with client specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and conduct routine maintenance as necessary.
• Support the production team in achieving timely production and delivery goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production updates.
• Document production activities and maintain records of materials used.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in CNC operation is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating CNC routers or similar machinery.
