Actuarial Analyst

Job Description

As an Actuarial Analyst at Insurance Solutions Ltd., you will analyze data to assist in the development and pricing of insurance products. You will collaborate with underwriters and other departments to assess risks and enhance product offerings, playing a crucial role in our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate actuarial models for various insurance products.
• Perform pricing analysis and profitability assessments.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance data management and reporting systems.
• Prepare presentations for actuarial audits and reviews.
• Conduct research on emerging trends and their impact on pricing.
• Contribute to the company’s risk management framework.
• Support the actuarial team in developing innovative solutions.
• Maintain documentation of analytical processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related field
• Master's degree in Math or Statistics is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in insurance actuarial roles

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
