Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to locate debtors and their assets.

• Assist in training new team members on collection procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of collection efforts and provide recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Participate in strategy meetings for improving collection methods.
• Prepare regular reports on collection performance for management.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly collection targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a collections environment

Technical Skills

• Collections software proficiency
• Microsoft Excel
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
