• Lead problem-solving initiatives to identify and address production issues.
• Document and maintain all production logs and reports.
• Collaborate closely with QA teams to enhance product quality.
• Establish open lines of communication with all departments.
• Review and adjust staffing schedules to meet production demands.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Management or a related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
