Responsibilities

• Assist in training new employees on bottling processes and safety protocols.
• Support maintenance staff in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Document production processes and report any discrepancies.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with dairy production or bottling preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong teamwork skills

Certifications

• Certification in food safety or quality control

Languages

• English: Fluent
