Join our finance team as a Reconciliation Analyst, where you'll ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance while identifying discrepancies. Your role is essential to maintaining our firm's financial integrity.
Responsibilities
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor financial discrepancies.
Work closely with the finance team to maintain thorough records.
Review and assist with the financial statement preparation.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
Identify areas for process enhancement within financial operations.
Engage with team members to foster a culture of accuracy and transparency.
Provide input on financial analyses and reporting.
Document and maintain records of all reconciliation activities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
