Job Description

Join our team as a Dye Operator where you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of dyeing machinery. You will ensure that textiles and fabrics are dyed precisely according to specifications, while collaborating with an experienced team dedicated to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and test dyeing machines before production runs.
• Mix dyes and chemicals according to job specifications.
• Continuously monitor the dyeing process for discrepancies.
• Perform quality control checks on dyed textiles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dye area.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment usage.
• Engage with team members to troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Follow up with management regarding inventory of dyes and chemicals.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to guidelines.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating dyeing machinery.

Languages
