Assembler and Fabricator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers and Fabricators who will be responsible for assembling parts and ensuring the quality of finished products in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers) and power tools (drills, saws) for assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Document production activities and report any discrepancies.
• Train new team members on assembly processes.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production, with a focus on assembly

Technical Skills

• Power tool operation
• Machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols: Understanding of workplace safety regulations and practices.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma: Background in efficiency improvement methodologies.
