Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the organization’s needs. You will assess training needs, develop curricula, and implement effective training strategies to enhance staff performance and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in designing and conducting effective training programs
