Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow instructors to develop new curriculum materials.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on advanced cosmetology techniques.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to program assessments.
• Maintain knowledge of state licensing requirements and ensure compliance.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued.
• Utilize technology and resources effectively to enhance student learning.

Requirements

Education

• Valid Cosmetology Instructor license/certification
• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology or related field (preferred but not required)

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in cosmetology education or industry practice.
