Process Development Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct experiments, develop new processes, and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop process strategies for new product introductions in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Implement process optimization techniques to enhance throughput and product quality.
• Support scale-up activities for manufacturing processes.
• Engage in troubleshooting efforts for process deviations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in process development or manufacturing in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

• Experience with Design of Experiments (DoE): Fundamental understanding and application of DoE in process development.
