We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct experiments, develop new processes, and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Develop process strategies for new product introductions in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Implement process optimization techniques to enhance throughput and product quality.
• Support scale-up activities for manufacturing processes.
• Engage in troubleshooting efforts for process deviations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Process Development Hands-on experience in process development within the life sciences sector.
• Statistical Analysis Software Proficient in using statistical software like Minitab for data analysis.
• Process Automation Software Experience with DeltaV or Rockwell for process automation.
• Attention to Detail Exceptional ability to maintain accuracy in process documentation.
• Team Collaboration Capable of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solving Strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot process issues.
• Certified in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with protein purification or chromatography: Knowledge and hands-on experience with purification processes.
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DoE): Fundamental understanding and application of DoE in process development.
