Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct experiments, develop new processes, and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
Develop process strategies for new product introductions in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Implement process optimization techniques to enhance throughput and product quality.
Support scale-up activities for manufacturing processes.
Engage in troubleshooting efforts for process deviations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience in process development or manufacturing in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
