Responsibilities
Lead the testing procedure development for aerospace components.
Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols.
Manage the testing equipment lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Evaluate test results and prepare detailed reports for clients.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Foster a culture of safety and adherence to protocols.
Liaise with external suppliers and contractors as necessary.
Mentor junior engineers and provide developmental support.
Engage in project scoping and feasibility studies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering
Master's degree in related engineering field is a plus
Experience
5+ years of experience in aerospace testing and design
