Responsibilities

• Lead the testing procedure development for aerospace components.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Manage the testing equipment lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate test results and prepare detailed reports for clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Foster a culture of safety and adherence to protocols.
• Liaise with external suppliers and contractors as necessary.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide developmental support.
• Engage in project scoping and feasibility studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering
• Master's degree in related engineering field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace testing and design
