Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to join our Inspection team. The ideal candidates will ensure the quality and performance of our internal combustion engines through meticulous inspections and testing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect engine components for compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct tests and measurements to verify engine functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to address quality assurance challenges.
• Prepare inspection reports with clear and actionable feedback.
• Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated.
• Follow established quality control standards throughout the inspection process.
• Contribute to a culture of quality within the organization.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Assist in the development of internal inspection guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry

Technical Skills

• Inspection Tools Proficiency
• Statistical Process Control

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in root cause analysis: Experience applying root cause analysis techniques to quality control.
• Proficient in CAD software: Experience with CAD tools for interpreting engineering drawings.
