Responsibilities

• Accurately retrieve items from the vault as per requests.
• Ensure thorough documentation and tracking of all transactions.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of vault contents.
• Follow established protocols for handling valuable items.
• Assist with inventory management and conduct periodic audits.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements.
• Report operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Keep the vault area clean and organized.
• Comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance security measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not strictly required.
