Job Description

In the Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender position, you will oversee the operating procedures for our state-of-the-art machines, ensuring efficient application of coatings while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of painting and coating machinery, ensuring smooth production lines.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions or inconsistencies in coating applications.
  • Keep accurate records of production, quality checks, and maintenance schedules.
  • Provide support in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep abreast of industry advancements.
  • Evaluate and select materials for coating processes based on project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry standards.
  • Work closely with quality assurance to uphold product standards.
  • Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in machine operation or paint application procedures
