Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a key role in the cotton cleaning process. This position involves operating machines to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality, working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of clean cotton and report any issues to the production manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations during the operation.
• Perform simple adjustments and troubleshooting of machinery when necessary.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in team-building activities to strengthen collaboration within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
