We are seeking a dedicated Event Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of events in Atlanta. The role involves liaising with clients, budgeting, venue selection, and event set-up, ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead event planning meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss event goals.
  • Plan event logistics and manage event budget to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate transportation and accommodation for guests and speakers.
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently.
  • Implement creative ideas to enhance the event experience.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports for future reference.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials related to events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact before, during, and after events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or similar
  • Master's degree is a plus
