Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Batchmaker to join our dynamic production team. As a batchmaker, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality batter for our baked goods. Attention to detail, knowledge of industry standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Mix ingredients as per specified recipes for various baked products.
  • Conduct quality checks on batters and adjust as necessary to meet standards.
  • Assist in training new batchmakers and team members on processes.
  • Keep track of inventory levels for raw materials and report shortages.
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • Experience in mixing dough or batter in a food production setting.
