Job Description

As a Wire Rope Sling Maker, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality wire rope slings. You will measure and cut wire rope, create slings using specialized equipment, and ensure that all products meet stringent safety and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read technical specifications and job orders for slinging assignments.
• Cut wire rope using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Assemble wire rope slings by attaching components like hooks and eyes.
• Perform quality control checks on each product before final delivery.
• Help in training new employees on wire rope handling and safety procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and performance.
• Utilize measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in production.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in wire rope manufacturing or a related field is preferred
