Responsibilities

• Install dish antennas while ensuring optimal signal strength and quality.
• Perform regular system checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond swiftly to service requests for repairs or troubleshooting.
• Prepare detailed reports on service activities and client interactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Utilize diagnostic tools effectively to identify and rectify service issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in Electronics or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in installation or repair of audiovisual equipment preferred.
