Job Description

As a Fractionating Still Operator, you will be pivotal in operating and maintaining fractionating stills to ensure efficient separation and purification of mixtures. You will leverage your understanding of chemical processes and troubleshooting skills to optimize operations and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of fractionating stills during production runs.
• Adjust controls to optimize performance based on real-time data.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain accurate logs of operations.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification in chemical processing or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical processing or related field.
