• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional licensure as an architect is required.
• AutoCAD Extensive experience in using AutoCAD for architectural design.

• SketchUp Skilled in creating 3D models and visualizations.
• Adobe Creative Suite Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for presentations.
• Communication Exceptional skills in conveying complex design ideas to clients and teams.
• Problem-solving Strong ability to identify and resolve design and construction challenges.
• Teamwork Collaborative skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• LEED Accredited Professional
• Licensed Architect (State-specific)
