Job Description

We are actively seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and lead our field teams in construction projects across Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a keen knowledge of safety protocols, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the field operations team to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules for field teams.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams and office personnel.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training for staff.
  • Monitor field operations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in field supervision with a focus on construction.
