Job Description

As a Rail Signal Mechanic, you will install, maintain, and repair critical signal systems across the railway network. Your work ensures the safety of operations and the reliability of train movements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the functional testing of signal systems post-installation.
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in emergency repair operations as needed.
  • Conduct training for junior mechanics and related personnel.
  • Act as a point of contact for signal-related inquiries and coordination.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Completion of a recognized vocational training program in electronics or electrical engineering is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in railway signal maintenance or a related field.
