We are seeking a skilled General Engineer to join our team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will possess a diversified engineering background, with experience in project management and technical problem-solving. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring that they meet both client and regulatory specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive engineering analyses to inform project decisions.
• Evaluate technical specifications and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support project planning and resource allocation efforts.
• Develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies for projects.
• Document engineering processes and methodologies for future reference.
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare training materials and assist in training new team members.
• Engage in community outreach to promote engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
