Job Description

The Frame Bander will be responsible for assembling and banding frames for the manufacturing and distribution process. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble frame parts using appropriate tools.
• Apply banding to finished frames for quality assurance.
• Inspect frames for defects or discrepancies.
• Operate banding machines and other relevant tools.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
• Help train new employees as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Blueprint reading
• Forklift operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Ability to read blueprints: Understanding of blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Basic maintenance skills: Basic skills to perform routine equipment maintenance.
