Join our manufacturing team as a Heat Treating Equipment Setter, Operator, and Tender. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of annealing equipment, focusing on delivering high-quality metal boxes that meet rigorous industry standards. Your attention to detail and mechanical skills will drive the success of our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor box annealing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Calibrate equipment settings based on material types and job specifications.
• Inspect metal boxes for defects and deviations from quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on all equipment to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management of materials and supplies.
• Provide feedback on production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Keep track of production metrics and report discrepancies.
• Engage in continuous learning about new technologies and methods.
• Support team efforts during peak production times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in heat treatment or manufacturing environments

Technical Skills

• Equipment setup and operation
• Process monitoring

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in heat treatment processes: A relevant certification to validate skills in heat treatment.
• Experience with manufacturing processes: Experience in other related manufacturing processes is a plus.
