We are on the lookout for motivated Sewing Machine Operators to help us produce high-quality mittens. You'll be responsible for following patterns and instructions, operating machinery efficiently, and ensuring that safety protocols are always followed. Responsibilities

• Sew mittens according to design specifications and patterns.
• Operate a variety of sewing machines including sergers and industrial machines.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products, reporting any defects.
• Keep work area safe and organized, free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous workflow improvements.
• Follow safety guidelines to minimize risks and injuries.
• Meet production goals consistently while maintaining product quality.
• Contribute ideas for product modifications and improvements.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on sewing machines.
• Train and mentor new hires in sewing processes and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience as a sewing machine operator or in a similar role

Languages
