Job Description

The Power Plant Operator will be integral in managing and operating our state-of-the-art power generation facility. This role demands a meticulous individual with a keen eye for safety protocols and a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all operations.
  • Conduct system diagnostics to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades and improvements.
  • Maintain operational logs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in power system operations is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a power generation or manufacturing setting
