Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and scheduling of repair personnel.

• Manage repair budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop training programs for ongoing staff development.

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated repair issues.
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability among repair staff.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in automotive repair with a focus on electric vehicles.
