Job Description

As a Farmworker, you'll play a vital role in assisting with the daily operations of our farm. Your responsibilities will include planting, watering, and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining equipment and caring for livestock.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fields for planting and assist in irrigation.
• Ensure cleanliness in work areas and equipment.
• Assist with pest and weed control efforts.
• Provide general maintenance and cleanup of farm buildings.
• Document daily farm activities and report findings to the manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with crops or livestock management is a plus

Experience

• Experience working with agricultural equipment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Operation of irrigation systems
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Good communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• Spanish: Basic

Advantageous

• Ability to speak Spanish: Bilingual skills are a plus for communication with diverse teams.
