Job Description

As an Automotive Electrician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining electrical systems across a variety of vehicles. You will collaborate with other technicians to diagnose issues and ensure all electrical components are functioning optimally. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues in a variety of vehicles.
• Evaluate electrical systems and components for efficiency.
• Ensure high standards of quality in all electrical work performed.
• Assist in training apprentices and junior technicians as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are functional and safe.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in all tasks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an automotive electrician apprenticeship program is preferred.

Experience

• 3 years of experience working in a similar role.

Certifications

• Automotive Electrical Technician Certification (AET)
• HVAC Certification (preferred)
