Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Oversee and mentor a team of mechanics in repair processes.
• Create and maintain preventive maintenance protocols.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts utilized.
• Evaluate and acquire necessary parts for repairs.
• Provide training and support for less experienced mechanics.
• Perform inspections and quality checks following repairs.
• Keep abreast of new mechanical technologies and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of an accredited automotive technology program

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
