Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to join our Tucson team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills of our workforce. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Evaluate the success of training programs through feedback and metrics.
  • Work with outside vendors to enhance training offerings.
  • Develop e-learning modules and content.
  • Ensure compliance with industry training standards.
  • Facilitate group discussions and team-building exercises.
  • Identify potential leaders and create succession plans.
  • Maintain records of training activities and outcomes.
  • Promote the importance of professional development.
  • Support employees in their career advancement efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, or similar field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is favorable

  • 5+ years in training roles with leadership experience
