Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead health services management initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the budget, forecasting, and funding of healthcare programs.
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.
  • Coordinate patient care activities and support services.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for staff.
  • Develop strategic plans in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between management and medical staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management or administration
