Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our Portland team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing compassionate care and will excel in both individual and group therapy settings. You will play a critical role in improving the mental health of our clients through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake interviews to assess patient needs.
  • Create and implement therapy modules that address various mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
  • Participate in staff meetings and clinical supervision.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Licensed with the Oregon Board of Psychology
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a clinical setting
Technical Skills
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Trauma-Informed Care

Certifications
  • American Psychological Association Accredited
Languages
  • English: Fluent
