Responsibilities

• Operate rail track maintenance equipment such as excavators and loaders.
• Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with the construction team to assist in laying new tracks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project updates.
• Document maintenance activities and report potential issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Aid in the training of team members regarding machinery operation and safety.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assess and adjust machine settings to optimize performance and output.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in rail maintenance or construction activities

Technical Skills

• Excavator Operation

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
