Wellhead Pumper

Job Description

We are seeking a Wellhead Pumper to manage oil and gas production levels. This role requires daily checks on well equipment and adherence to safety standards to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain oil pumps and related equipment at well sites.
• Monitor production levels and make adjustments to maximize output.
• Collect samples and conduct tests to analyze production quality.
• Ensure compliance with all industry and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and methods for production enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• Associates degree in Petroleum Technology or related field (preferred)

Experience

• 2+ years in oil and gas production or related field

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic systems knowledge
• Electrical systems understanding
• Regulatory compliance

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with hydraulic fracturing operations: Understanding of hydraulic fracturing methods to optimize production.
• Knowledge of well completions and workovers: Experience in completing and working over wells to enhance production.
