Job Description
We seek a licensed Nuclear Power Reactor Operator responsible for monitoring and operating nuclear reactor equipment and systems. The ideal candidate ensures safe energy production and proficiently manages emergency situations.
Responsibilities
Manage operation of reactor control equipment and safety mechanisms.
React and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.
Keep detailed records of operational parameters and equipment performance.
Conduct safety audits and inspections on a routine basis.
Engage in effective teamwork and communication with all operational staff.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Licenses and certifications as per state and federal requirements
Experience
5+ years in a nuclear control room operator role
