Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Architects to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing a variety of projects, guiding them from conceptual planning to execution. Strong collaboration skills and creativity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft and design architectural blueprints and deliverables using CAD software.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and design teams.
• Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with the plans.
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
• Research and apply contemporary architectural trends.
• Lead project design discussions and workshops.
• Contribute to strategic planning and project management.
• Ensure safety and accessibility standards are met.
• Seek out and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is highly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture with a focus on commercial projects.

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Building Codes and Standards

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Project Manager
• Certified Green Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
