Job Description
Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Occupational Therapist in Salt Lake City! In this role, you'll work with patients of all age groups, helping them regain skills necessary for daily living and working through personalized therapy plans.
Responsibilities
Create and review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Implement rehabilitation strategies to enhance patient mobility and functionality.
Assist patients in acquiring essential life skills for daily living.
Document patient progress, outcomes, and any changes in treatment.
Participate in family education and provide support resources.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Board Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is preferred
Experience
1+ years of experience preferred in pediatric or geriatric settings.
