Job Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed blueprints for various construction projects.
  • Review design specifications and make necessary modifications.
  • Utilize CAD software to enhance design accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with teams to discuss and resolve design-related issues.
  • Maintain records of all drawings and revisions for compliance purposes.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports as required.
Job Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Drafting or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • AutoCAD Expertise in AutoCAD for creating detailed architectural plans.
  • Revit Advanced knowledge of Revit for 3D modeling and BIM.
  • Attention to Detail Meticulous in ensuring accuracy in drawings and specifications.
  • Communication Skills Strong communicator, capable of conveying ideas and feedback effectively.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Certification in CAD Software: Professional certification in AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Previous Experience on Large-Scale Projects: Experience working on complex projects within tight deadlines.
