Job Description

The Bruise Trimmer will be responsible for ensuring that all meat and poultry products meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail as you will be removing bruises and defects from produce, ensuring product excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials.
  • Document and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Train new staff on best practices for trimming and quality control.
  • Maintain cleanliness of working environment to meet sanitation standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education in food processing or related field is a plus
Experience
  • Experience with trimming machinery preferred
